| 摘 要： | 采用高纯氦气做载气,脉冲炉熔化试样,红外吸收检测氧、热导法检测氮的仪器分析方法,测定40Mn2钢中氧氮含量.对仪器的各项分析参数进行了选择和优化,确定了最合适的实验条件,与标准样品对比表明该分析结果准确可靠.

| Abstract: | By instruments analysis with high-pure helium as carrier gas and using pulse oven to melt the sample,the oxygen and nitrogen contents in 40Mn2 steel are determined separately by infrared absorption and heat conductivity test.The analysis parameters of instrument are selected and optimized,the best experiment conditions settled.It is showed that analysis result is accurate and reliable compared with standard sample. |
