数值模拟技术在摇枕铸造工艺设计中的应用

摘    要:利用数值模拟软件ZCAST,计算摇枕铸件充型和凝固过程中的速度场和温度场,发现铸造工艺设计过程中可能存在的问题.通过数值模拟研究和实践验证表明,采用数值模拟技术,可以有效提高铸造工艺设计的水平,减少或简化试验,对于提高铁路货车铸件结构和工艺设计质量以及节约研发成本都有着重要的指导意义.

Abstract:The velocity and temperature fields of the bolster during filling and solidification process were calculated by using of casting simulation software ZCAST.The problems of casting process design were found.The results of numerical simulation and practice show that using the numerical simulation technology can improve the design level of casting process,and reduce or simplify the test at the same time.It is of great significance for improving the structure and process design of railway freight castings and sa...
