| 摘 要： | 利用数值模拟软件ZCAST,计算摇枕铸件充型和凝固过程中的速度场和温度场,发现铸造工艺设计过程中可能存在的问题.通过数值模拟研究和实践验证表明,采用数值模拟技术,可以有效提高铸造工艺设计的水平,减少或简化试验,对于提高铁路货车铸件结构和工艺设计质量以及节约研发成本都有着重要的指导意义.
