| 摘 要： | 在废旧汽车零部件再制造过程中,清洁是极其重要的一道工序.传统的清洁方法成本高、效率低、劳动强度大,容易造成环境污染,不适应再制造的需要.针对再制造过程中新研发的5种机械式环保清洁设备从清洁效果、清洁效率与能耗、清洁成本三个方面进行了试验分析,形成了一套优化的清洁工艺流程,对汽车零部件再制造清洁实践具有重要的指导意义.
