微客车架结构抗撞性能的分析与优化研究

摘    要:通过有限元分析软件LS-DYNA 进行碰撞仿真分析,研究了某新开发的微型客车的100%正面碰撞性能.根据相应的国家正碰法规CMVDR294和GB 11551-2003对仿真结果进行评价,发现正碰仿真中车架变形量、车门框变形量以及前壁板入侵量过大,不满足设计要求.针对上述问题,结合车身具体结构特性提出了车架结构优化方案.采用仿真技术进行优化方案的筛选和验证.验证结果表明优化方案有效地提高了车身、车架结构的抗撞性能.为此类微型客车正面碰撞性能的分析与优化提供方法和理论基础.
