基于ALE的汽轮机低压叶片流固耦合数值模拟

摘    要:采用ALE(Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian)方法对汽轮机低压叶片与流场之间相互作用下的应力、位移进行了数值模拟,通过计算获得了流场、压力及叶片位移分布,得到应力及叶片位移随时间的变化关系,流体产生的压力波引发了叶片的振动,最大应力发生在叶片根部,最大应力值和最大周向位移随转数增加.模拟结果可对改进叶片性能及叶片材料选择提供相应参考.

Abstract:Based on ALE(Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian) method to simulate the stress and displacement of the low pressure blades in steam turbine with the fluid-solid coupling concepts.From the numerical results,we get the field pressure and the displacement of blade,it is concluded that the max equivalent stress occurs in the area of the blade roots and the blade vibration caused by the pressure wave of fluid flow.This could be used for improving the blade performance and the selection of blade materials.
