| 摘 要： | 高温螺栓在火力发电厂非常重要,通过分析高温螺栓组织的典型失效形式,并系统地分析了运行过程高温螺栓组织异常的原因及检修对策.对设计、制造、运行以及检修等提出了一些实用性建议,根据讨论结果,提出了预防及设备检验措施,对高温螺栓检修有很大的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | High-temperature bolts are important to guarantee safely running of the fossil-fired power plant.In this paper,the typical microstructure failure forms of high-temperature bolts were studied and analyzed.Analysis on causes of these qualities problems and present some practicable suggestions about designing,manufacturing,installation,operation and maintenance.Then according to the results of discussion,suggestions of prevention and inspection are presented,which are significance to operation and maintenance ... |
