| 摘 要： | 输油臂是油品码头关键的装卸设备,其运行的稳定性、可靠性决定着油品能否及时输送.回转轴承是整台输油臂的"心脏",它既是输油通道,又是输油臂实现3个方向全方位连接的重要结构部件,它的质量决定了输油臂的价值和使用寿命.因此,对回转轴承的研究对输油臂整体的安全性具有极其重要的意义.以某型号输油臂中间回转轴承为研究对象,借鉴关节轴承寿命计算方法,对其进行动态寿命计算,按回转轴承进行静承载能力校验.并在有限元应力分析的基础上,应用疲劳分析软件nSoft选用应变疲劳分析方法进行寿命预测,为设计人员对类似结构的设计提供了一定的参考.
