| 摘 要： | 以80 kt/a聚酯装置的试运转实践为例,介绍了中国纺织科学研究院的具有自主知识产权的有机热载体就地闪蒸气相加热系统。结合该热媒加热系统初次试运转的实践,分析了它在连续聚酯装置上应用的情况、系统控制方式和其他一些特点及开发此系统的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the commissioning practice of 80kt/a polyester plant in Zhangjiagang one factory,the organic heat carrier on-the-spot flash gas phase heating system whose initiative intellectual property belongs to China Textile Academy was introduced.Combination with the first time commissioning practice of the Dowtherm heating system,its application condition on the continuous polyester plant,the system control type,other characteristics and the development significance of the system were analysed. |
