| Abstract: | "The SGCC Typical engineering Cost of 110-500 kV Power Transmission and Transformation Projects" has set a standard for investment and budgetary estimation of SGCC system power transmission and transformation projects. This paper introduces the basis of typical cost, including documentary and non-documentary basis, the process of terms and cost standard setting, and also explains the usage and notes of typical cost in practice. |
