摘    要:针对汽车大梁铆接生产线中铆接机的液压系统,设计了液压传动电气控制,系统采用液压增压技术,用中压液压泵和增压器使铆接机可获得挤压所需的较高工作压力,方便了压模更换和自动控制,大大提高了铆接的综合性能。

Abstract:In this paper,a hydraulic transmission electric control system for the hydraulic system of riveting machine in the automotive frame riveted joint production line was designed.The system used the hydraulic pressure turbo-charged technology,by using medium-pressure hydraulic pump and turbocharger,the riveting machine is possible to obtain the higher working pressure needed in the extrusion process.This system has facilitated the die replacement and the automatic control,and enhanced the riveted joint overall performance greatly.
