摘    要:为改善MC5冷轧辊辊坯的液析、带状质量,钢锭要进行高温扩散退火。原工艺下液析碳化物合格率仅为75.4%,而且这种长周期、高能耗的生产工艺严重制约着生产进度。为解决这一问题,提出将钢锭进行镦拔减径处理,使其变为锻造组织,然后再进行高温均质化处理。工艺实施以来显著改善了辊坯的液析、带状质量。

Abstract:In order to improve the liquation of MC5 cold roll blank and the strip quality, the high temperature diffusion annealing of the ingot. With the original process ,the qualification rate of the liquation carbonide was only 75. 4%, meanwhile this long term and high energy consumption production process seriously limited the production schedule. In order to solve this issue, this article has set forth that the ingot shall be upset for reducing the diameter to become the forged structure, and then the high temperature homogenizing treatment shall be performed. With the operation of the process, the liquation and the strip quality of the roll blanks have been greatly improved.
