摘    要:10kV(35kV)小电流接地系统单相接地(以下简称单相接地)是供电系统最常见的故障,多发生在潮湿、多雨天气,是由树障、配电线路上绝缘子单相击穿、单相断线以及小动物危害等诸多因素引起的。单相接地不仅影响了用户的正常供电,而且可能产生过电压,烧坏设备,甚至引起相间短路而扩大事故。

Abstract:Single phase earthing of 10kV (35kV) low-current earthed system (hereinafter referred to as single phase earthing for short) is a common fault in the power supply system.It often takes place in damp or rainy days and attributes to a variety of factors,such as the single phase breakdown and single phase disconnection of insulator on distribution line and the harm from small animals.Single phase earthing not only influences the normal power supply to custo-mers,but also may result in excess voltage which will burn the equipment out or even short circuit between phases which will make the situation worse.Therefore,it is very important for the operator on duty to get familiar with the earth fault handling.
