水下管道自动坡口机的研究

摘    要:设计了专门用于海底油气输送管道安装、维修的水下坡口机。根据总体维修方案的要求,考虑到现场作业的特殊需要,确定了由径向进给机构、周向爬管进给机构、链条固定及导向装置、切割/坡口刀具等部件组成的本体方案,给出了比例阀控液压系统的设计方案及参数计算。针对坡口机在水中的实际工作,确定了坡口机的控制方案及故障排除方法。

Abstract:The design of underwater beveling machine was put forward, laying of seabed oil & gas pipelines installation and service. According to underwater work environment and total service scheme, the designed machine was composed of radial feed mechanism, circumference creeping mechanism, chain fixture & guide device, cutting/beveling tool. Its hydraulic system of proportional valve control and parameter calculation was made sure. Its control and sense scheme of underwater work was established. Finally, some methods of removing faults were introduced.
