摘    要:要寻找一种适合于中小型污水处理厂使用的操作简单、成本低廉的污泥脱水调理剂,以替代目前常用的PAM调理剂,达到降低污泥处理成本,减少二次污染的目的.经过大量的试验遴选出了粉煤灰调理剂和石灰调理剂,粉煤灰的最佳投加量为60 g/100 mL,石灰的最佳投加量为21 g/100 mL,均可使污泥比阻由1014m/kg降至1011m/kg.所形成的污泥滤饼可作为烧制墙体材料的辅助原料,实现了污泥的资源化利用和良性最终处置.

Abstract:One of the major problems in the construction and operation of middle and small sewage treatment plant is the treatment and disposal of sludge. A sludge dewatering conditioner is needed to find that is suitable for middle and small sewage treatment plant and simple,low-cost in the operation to replace the current commonly-used PAM in order to decrease sludge treatment cost and reduce secondary pollution. Through extensive test,fly ash and lime are selected as conditioners which can decrease specific resistance of sludge from 10^14 m/kg to 10^11 m/kg magnitude grade with the optimum dosage of fly ash is 60 g/100 mL and the lime is 21 g/100 mL. The formative sludge cake can be used as auxiliary raw material to bake wall material and achieve reutilization of sludge and a benign end disposal.
