高掺量原状粉煤灰砂浆的性能研究及应用

目前国内外在混凝土及砂浆中普遍使用的是磨细混凝。土及砂浆中直接高比例地掺入原状粉煤灰尚属鲜见。本课题组经过三年来的研究及实践,证实了砂浆中富得原状粉煤灰的可能性及可靠性。在50~#砂浆中掺入比例提高到34.6％时,仍能获得112.3％的强度效果;在25~#砂浆中掺入比例提高到35％时,仍获得155.3％的强度效果。邯郸市建四公司已在全公司内推广了这一新枝术,可节约材料费用22.3％～38.4％,每使用一方粉煤灰,可获得15元左右的经济效益。目前,邯郸市建总公司已决定88年在全市建委所属建筑系统全面推广这一成果,预计可创近100万元的经济效益,吃掉近10万立方米的原状粉煤灰,相当于一座中型火力发电厂一年的排灰量。

A Study of the Properties and Application of the Mortar Mixeb With larye Amount of Original State Flyash

Recentle,the grinding flyash has got a wide spread application in concrete and mortar at home and abroad,But it has seldom been Peen before to mix a high proportion of original state flyash directly wich concrete and mortar.Now,We have proved the possibility and reliability of mixing supplimental.Original State flyas.into mrtar thr ugh three year study arid practice.When the proportion mixed into 50~# mortar reaches 34.6%,the strength of 112.3% can still be obtained, the proportion mixed into 25~# mortar reaches 35%,the strength of 155.3% can also be obtained.The article here reports this result The fourth building company of Han Dan city as spread this new technigne in the whole comny.It can cut down 22.3% to 38.4% of the material expenses and gain about 15 yuan economical benefit by using ohe cube of flyash.Now,the chief building company of Han Dan city las deci- ded to spread this achievement in the whole building system inhich belongs to Han Dan building company in 1988.It estimates this New technigue can produce about a million yuan economical benefit,And it can use up about 100 thousand cude of original state flyash,epual to a year amount of as drained off by a middle scale fire powerstation.
