石油化工用磁力传动离心管道泵的设计与试验

摘    要:石油化工用磁力传动离心管道泵是利用磁性原理实现无接触传动的新型全密封泵。当电动机带动永磁外转子旋转时,磁力线经隔离罩作用于泵轴上的永磁内转子,使泵与电动机同步旋转,实现无接触传动。泵轴上装配特殊结构的平衡盘,能自动平衡轴向力。轴承体处开有液流孔,将高压液体引入内磁钢体与隔离罩之间进行润滑和冷却。通过磁传动及泵主要过流尺寸的设计计算,开发出磁力传动离心管道泵系列产品。新型泵的试验情况表明,其磁传动部位温度及导轴承磨损均正常,但磁力传动泵效率比普通离心管道泵低8%~15%。

Abstract:The magnetism driving pipeline pump for use in petroleum and chemistry industry is a centrifugal pump with contactless driving realized by means of magnetism. When the electromotor drives the permanent magnet outer rotor, magnetism acts on the permanent magnet inner rotor installed in the pump shaft through isolation cover, that makes the pump shaft and electromotor rotate synchronistically. A balancing plate with special structure is fixed on the pump shaft to make the axial force balance automatically. There is a liquid inlet in the bearing body for lubrication and cooling. Based on the design of magnetism driving and calculation of main dimensions of pump, series products of magnetism driving pipeline pump are developed. Test of the new pump shows that the pump operates normally with an efficiency fairly lower than that of the conventional pipeline pumps.
