非胶结粗颗粒充填体稳定性分析与加固措施

摘    要:斜壁充填采矿法是一种新型高效的采矿方法,其技术关键是如何提高充填体的稳定性。本文主要介绍了在锡矿山矿务局利用非胶结粗颗粒充填料进行这一采矿方法试验中,对充填体稳定性的计算分析和采取预埋荆巴棍进行加固的新措施。现场试验研究表明,这种加固方法,技术上可行,经济上合理,对提高非胶结粗颗粒充填体稳定性起到了很好的作用,为斜壁充填采矿法试验成功创造了条件。

Abstract:The incline-wall filling mining method is a new effective one,and the issential in technology of which is that how increase the stability of filling-body. This paper mainly intruduces the calculation analysis of filling body stability and a new reinforcing measure by prelaid" Jingba" sticks during the testing of the mining method with uncemented coarse-particle filling material in Tin Ore Mining Bureau. The result of field fest shows that the reinforcing method is feasible in fechnology,rational in economy,and makes a good act on the increasing stability of uncemented coarse-particle filling body, provides conditions for successful test of incline-wall filling mining method.
