| 摘 要： | 在分析油层出砂机理的基础上,介绍了可自适应膨胀防砂筛管的结构组成和防砂机理。外层防护外壳起到保护内层结构和填充砾石的作用,使地层砂在管外形成"砂桥",作为初级挡砂屏障;可膨胀防砂筛网阻挡砾石在筛管膨胀过程中从防护外壳的孔隙漏失,形成第2级挡砂屏障;砾石充填层以砾石作为膨胀介质,可实现可自适应膨胀,并对原油过滤,形成第3级挡砂屏障;内支撑割缝筛管在可自适应膨胀防砂筛管的下入、起出过程中提供支撑,并防止地层砂进入中心管,形成第4级挡砂屏障。该装置综合了可膨胀筛管、砾石充填筛管和割缝筛管的防砂优点,有效地提高了防砂效果。 |
