| Abstract: | To ensure the engineer quality, some measurements must be adopted, including constructing the quality insurance system, setting up regulations, determining the responsibility, strengthening quality consciousness, training quality technology, improving the management stuffs, controlling the construction proceeding, enhancing check and test, and intensifying control after the construction. |
