| 摘 要： | 介绍了变形态钼合金穿管顶头的研制及其工艺技术。在生产上应用该顶头穿孔１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ管获得成功，试验表明，与玻璃润滑剂配合使用可取得更佳效果，还可改善钢管内外表面质量。

| Abstract: | The manufacture and process techniques of the wrought Mo alloy piercing mandrel have been introduced. The piercing process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tubes using wrought Mo alloy piercing-mandrel in production has been cartied out successfully, and a Bignificant effect can be achieved by supplementing with glass Iubricant. The surface quality of both inner and outer tube have also been improved. |
