玉林串补控制保护功能和动态性能RTDS试验

摘    要:南方电网仿真实验室采用实时数字仿真(RTDS)方法,搭建了由RTDS、串补控制保护屏柜、功放、线路保护装置等构成的闭环测试系统,对玉林串补控制保护系统的功能和动态性能进行实时闭环试验。结果表明,玉林串补RTDS闭环测试系统建模合理,满足串补控制保护功能测试要求。尽管玉林串补控制保护在整体功能上满足技术规范基本要求,但存在部分保护动作值偏大及事件信息不完善等缺陷,需在投运前整改。

Abstract:A closed-loop test system consisting of the RTDS, the cubicle of FSC control and protection devices, power amplifier, circuit protection devices is set up in CSG Simulation Laboratory with real-time digital simulation (RTDS) method, and the real-time closed-loop test of the control and protection functions and dynamic performance of Yulin FSC system is carried out. The results show that the closed-loop testing system modeling is reasonable, and meets the requirements for control and protection functions testing. The overall Yulin FSC control and protection functions meet the basic requirements of technical specifications, however, before FSC system is put into operation, some defects should be solved, such as several protection action values being bigger than the setting values, and sequence event report information being imperfect.
