低聚壳聚糖的辐射防护作用小鼠试验研究

摘    要:采用^60Coγ射线全身照射清洁级SX1近交系小鼠,观察口服给予低聚壳聚糖对小鼠的辐射防护作用。结果表明:与单纯照射组相比,给药组的30 d存活率提高了10%-30%,平均存活天数提高5.2-9.2 d,保护指数提高了1.5-1.8倍;给药组骨髓有丝分裂指数较单纯照射组高,其中,照射剂量为3.15、3.94 Gy组的差异显著;低聚壳聚糖对SX1小鼠的剂量减低系数为1.51。

Abstract:Radiation protection effect was studied of Oligo-chitosan on SX1 mice irradiated by ^60Co γ ray.The results show that Oligo-chitosan could increase 30 d survival rate,averaged on 5.29.2 days.Protection indexes were 1.5-1.8,DRF is 1.51.Oligo-chitosan has obvious radiation protection effect on mice.
