发电机组测试台架设计

摘    要:为了提高测试设备调节精度和动态稳定性,以实现负载的无级调节,设计了一个发电机组测试台架系统,该系统结合模糊控制和对分插值逼近算法实现了干阻负载的无级调节。概述了该系统的工作原理及其主要功能,着重介绍了负载控制器的设计思想和工作原理,并给出了程序算法流程图。运行结果表明,负载调节具有快速、平稳、精度高等特点。

Abstract:Aiming at improving the regulate precision and dynamic stability of testing equipment, realizing load's stepless regulate, a testing bench for generating set system was designed which combined fuzzy control with bisection interpolation approach algorithm to ensure dry load's stepless regulated. The working principle and main functions were summarized, and an emphasis on the designing ideas and working principle of load controller was introduced, and the program algorithm flowcharts were also given. The running results indicate that the load control has characteristics of fast, stable and high precision.
