纳米TiO2光催化复合膜的制备及其对直接湖蓝催化降解性能

摘    要:采用水解与均匀沉淀法相结合,制备了锐钛型纳米TiO2粉末。以壳聚糖、β-环状糊精和十二烷基磺酸钠改性的纳米TiO2为成膜材料,流延法制得分散较均匀的纳米复合膜,采用X射线衍射表征其结构,测试壳聚糖膜的机械性能,研究复合膜的制备工艺及对直接湖蓝的催化性能。结果表明,随着β-环糊精加入量的增加,复合膜的力学性能降低。复合膜中壳聚糖质量分数80.0%、β-环糊精质量分数16.0%和TiO2质量分数4.0%时,对直接湖蓝的催化降解效果最好。

Abstract:Nanoparticle anatase TiO2 powders were prepared by hydrolysis and homogeneous precipitation. Composite films were formed by solution cast technique from sodium dodecyl sulfonate-modified nanoparti- tie TiO2, chitosan and β-cyclodextrin, and characterized by XRD and mechanical strength test. Preparation of the composite films and their catalytic behaviors for degradation of direct turquoise blue were studied. The experimental results showed that mechanical properties of the films declined with mass fraction of β-cyclodextrin. Optimal catalytic behaviors for degradation of direct turquoise blue were attained when the films were composed of 80.0% chitosan, 16.0% β-cyclodextrin and 4.0% nanoparticle TiO2.
