从赤泥中回收铁的试验研究

摘    要:赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中的副产品,其中铁在赤泥中的含量为30%左右。通过还原焙烧试验,可以回收赤泥中的铁。得到的最佳试验条件为:赤泥、碳酸钠和焦炭的质量比为5:5:1;还原焙烧温度为1000℃;焙烧时间为60min。

Abstract:The captioned red mud is a byproduct during the production of alumina. The content of iron in the mud is 30 percent. It is found that through baking and reduction, it is possible to recover the iron. The optimal conditions are given as follows: ratios between red mud, calcium carbonate and charcoal being 5 : 5 : 1 ; reduction temperature being 1000 centigrade Celsius; baking time being 60 minutes.
