| 摘 要： | 提出了高温螺栓法兰连接的紧密性概念;试验研究了柔性石墨填充缠绕式垫片、金属冲齿板柔性石墨复合垫片和金属包覆垫片的压缩回弹性能、蠕变性能和基本密封性能;通过试验数据的回归分析得到了垫片高温性能表达式;将试验得到的垫片变形特性和泄漏特性统一于螺栓法兰连接中进行系统分析,建立了紧密性评价方法。该方法不仅可对在役螺栓法兰连接的泄漏状况作出评价,而且为密封连接的设计、新型垫片的开发以及垫片性能的评价提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | The concept of the tightness of bolted flanged connections was proposed.The compressive-resilient performance,the creep performance and the leakage behavior of three types of gaskets,namely flexible graphite gasket with tanged metal sheet,spiral wound gasket filled with flexible graphite and metallic enveloped gasket,were investigated.The formulae expressing the performances of these gaskets were obtained by regression analysis of experimental data.By means of applying the gasket deformation performance and leakage performance to bolted flanged connections,and analyzing the compatible state of deformation of the connection systems,the tightness assessment method was established.The method can be applied to predict the leakage rate of bolted flanged connections satisfactorily,and can contribute to the design of sealing structures,the improvement of gasket performances and the development of new types of gaskets. |
