河北某低品位难选萤石矿浮选工艺研究

河北某萤石矿因原矿品位低、萤石与石英嵌布粒度极细、有一定程度的风化而难选，原选矿生产只能获得CaF₂品位在88%左右的精矿，影响销售。为此，对该矿石重新进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验针对矿石特点，采用一次精选精矿再磨、7次精选的浮选流程，可获得CaF₂品位为97.23%，SiO₂含量为2.36%，CaF₂回收率为70.56%的萤石精矿，提高了精矿质量，为企业扩大产品市场空间提供了技术支持。

Study on the Flotation Technology for Treating a Low Grade Refractory Fluorite Ore in Hebei

Due to low grade raw ores，fine-grained dissemination of fluorite and quartz，and some weathering issues，the fluorite in Hebei province belongs to the refractory one.CaF₂ concentrate only grading at about 88% by the former beneficiation can not reach a good sale.Therefore，the beneficiation experiments are carried out again for this ore.In view of the ore characters，a flotation flow sheet consisting of one-stage cleaning flotation regrinding and seven stage cleaning flotation was selected.Finally，fluorite concentrates with CaF₂of 97.23%，and SiO₂ of 2.36%，and CaF₂ recovery of 70.56% were obtained，and the quality of production was improved greatly，providing the technical support to get a large market for the mine enterprise.
