Abstract:This article introduces the historical information about Chinese prickly ash condiment,and peppery condiment . Some information about Chinese prickly ash is discussed in detail, such as its relative phrases, its different name, its main ingredient, its effect and distribution in other countries. Chinese documented records about pepper, its main ingredient, its effect, and its relative information in Japan is also discussed in detail.
