刚玉方镁石碳砖的研制与应用

摘    要:以优质电熔镁砂、电熔刚玉和高纯磷片石墨为基础材料,加入适量的添加剂A和B,并以树脂为结合剂,试制的刚玉方镁石碳砖,在90t转炉钢包上,包龄基本上稳定在70次左右,最高可达80次,效果明显优于铝镁碳砖.使用后对残砖进行蚀损分析,刚玉方镁石碳砖的侵蚀速率为1.17 mm/炉(铝镁碳砖的蚀损速率为1.8 mm/炉)

Abstract:By taking high quality fused magnesium, fused corundum and flake graphite as basic materials, and resin and proper amount of A and B as combining agent and additive respectively, the corundum - periclase - carbon bricks are made for the 90t ladles. The life of them is about 70 heats with the highest of 80 heats, much better than that of the alumina - magnesia - carbon brick. The analysis on the remnant brick shows that the erosion rate of corundum - periclase - carbon brick is 1.17mm per heat against 1.80mm per heat for the later.
