复杂产品概念设计方案的可拓决策

摘    要:基于可拓学理论,提出一种用于复杂产品概念设计方案选型的多级可拓决策方法。首先根据人类菱形思维特点,建立产品概念设计评价的综合体系,然后利用可拓理论对方案设计中的各因素进行语义扩展,构造形式化的物元模型,通过关联度、优度计算,对各种备选方案进行排序。最后通过导弹选型实例给出该方法与模糊综合评价法的对比结果,表明其实用性和客观性。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a comprehensive extension evaluation method as for the choice of conceptual design schemes of complex product. Firstly, the matter element model of machining program is established by the primitive element theory. Secondly, we determine the evaluation weight, and use comprehensive assessment to realize two related evaluation. Last, a example verify the effectiveness of the method. The model has the versatility because it doesn't involve specific characteristics and methods of the processing.
