摘    要:将数值方法应用于热物性测试,设计了一种金属及合金相变时固、液相导热系数的测定方法,通过探测相变过程中相界面的移动曲线,并采用数值方法模拟相变过程,对金属锌和铝-硅、铅-锑等共晶合金的导热系数进行了研究,所得的结果与文献数据吻合较好,表明该方法可用于金属及合金相变条件下热传导的研究以及相变温度附近固,液相导热系数的测试。

Abstract:A numerical method is adopted to the determination of physical properties of heat. A method is designed for determining the coefficient of thermal conductivity of solid/liquid phases of metals and alloys during phase transition. The authors investigate the coefficients of metallic zinc and such eutectic alloys as Al-Si and Pb-Sb by detecting the transition curves of interphase and by numerical simulation of the phase transition process. The results obtained are in agreement with the data in literature. It is shown that this method can be used to investigate the thermal conductivity during phase transition of metals and alloys and determine the coefficients of thermal conductivity of solid/liquid phases at a near temperature of phase transformation.
