摘    要:滨南油田是一个中低渗透、中低黏度的复杂断块油藏,在开发过程中最主要的一个问题就是水井结垢欠注严重,使得油井供液不足,严重影响产油量,给油田生产带了很大的损失。本文通过对滨南油田的水样和垢样进行分析,分析其结垢的原因及结垢类型,确定注入水水质的结垢趋势高,使得结垢严重,找出了欠注井造成堵塞的主要原因是水质造成的碳酸盐类结垢堵塞和腐蚀造成的结垢堵塞。针对堵塞形成的原因,优选解堵除垢体系配方,研究确定解堵除垢工艺。为了巩固解堵除垢的效果,延长除垢周期,优选、添加缓蚀剂和阻垢剂,达到除垢、防垢一体化,进而增加有效期。并通过室内岩心实验对体系进行评价,验证除垢体系的有效性。

Abstract:Binnan Oil Field is a complicate fault block oil deposit of middle and low penetration and middle and low viscosity. One of main problems in the development of oil field is the serious fouling of water well, which affects the liquid supply for the oil well and oil production, resulting in heavy losses for the oil field. Through the analysis of water and fouling samples, the fouling causes and fouling types are determined. The blocking of wells of insufficient injection is mainly attributed to the blocking of carbonate fouling and blocking of corrosion fouling. On the basis of blocking causes, the fouling dissolution formulation is optimally selected and fouling dissolution process is determined. The corrosion inhibitor and fouling inhibitor are optimized and selected to improve the fouling dissolution efficiency and extend de - fouling cycle and realize the integration of fouling removal and fouling inhibition. The effectiveness of fouling removal system is verified by laboratory test evaluation.
