项目实施前的成本控制

摘    要:工程中标后项目实施前的项目策划是项目成本控制的关键阶段,现在许多工程项目,工程中标后不重视工程的前期方案策划,导致工程实施过程中出现了诸多问题,从而影响了工程的成本,本文主要就在项目开工前如何做好工程的前期方案策划降低工程成本,包括工程前期方案的优化、科技创新对成本的影响及工程所在地水文、地质、气象等条件的变化对成本的影响等。

Abstract:The project planning after getting the work and before the execution is the critical period for the cost control. For many projects nowadays, the contractors don' t pay much attention to the prophase planning of the work which results in many problems emerged during the execution period of the work, thus affects the cost of the work. This article has mainly elaborated how to make prophase planning for the work before mobilization and lower the cost including the optimization of the prophase planning and the influence of the science, technique and innovation to the cost as well as the impact of the change of the local hydrology, geology and weather to the work cost.
