摘    要:简介铸铁烘缸缸体、缸盖缺陷检测的意义,铸铁烘缸缺陷磁粉检测的方法和标准,详细剖析了烘缸缸体、缸盖缺陷产生的原因,强调了烘缸缺陷磁粉检测后进行着色探伤、渗透探伤、超声检测、声发射检测、射线检测的意义。

Abstract:Importance,methods and standards of magnetic particle testing method to detect the defects of cast iron dryer were introduced,and the causes of defects were analysised.e importance of color defect detection,penetration testing,ultrasonic testing,acoustic emission testing,and radiation detection after the magnetic particle testing were emphasized.
