| 摘 要： | 本文运用地理信息系统(GIS)的概念与方法,论述了城市火灾信息系统的特点、构成及实现方案。系统由对话部件、数据部件、模型部件和决策部件组成。对话部件实现人机交互式对话;数据部件存储和管理图形与属性数据,数据以专题层形式存储;模型部件由对数据进行综合统计分析和对火灾危险性评估的常用模型及其管理模块组成;决策部件提供辅助决策功能。

| Abstract: | This paper describes feature and design scheme of GIS(Geographic Information Sys-tem)on city fire disaster using GIS's concept and method. The system consiss of four components: dialogue,data,model and decision component. Dialogue component provides human-machine interaction.Data component stores and manages data which are held in special layer.Model component includes model-base in which hold a set of models of statistics and assessment of the risk of flood disaster.Decision component provides the ca-pabality of supplementary decision. |
