煤制乙二醇产业现状

摘    要:乙二醇是一种重要的有机化工原料,主要以石油为原料进行生产。中国特殊的能源结构使煤制乙二醇研究热度日益高涨。阐述了3种煤制乙二醇工艺路线及优缺点,详细介绍了CO催化偶联法制乙二醇生产技术。通过分析国内乙二醇的供需形势、投资建设情况,认为煤制乙二醇拥有成本优势,具有一定的竞争力,但不可盲目开发投资,谨防产能过剩,且仍需开拓下游产品,拓宽利用途径,抵抗市场风险。

Abstract:Ethylene glycol is an important organic raw material for chemistry industry. It's mainly developed from petroleum. Limited by the energy structure in China, the research of coal to ethylene glycol become urgent. Introduce several main coal to ethylene glycol processes and their merits and demerits. Detail CO catalytic coupling method as well as domestic ethylene glycol supply and demand situation, investment status. The results show that, coal to ethylene glycol industry has cost advantage. To prevent overcapacity, the investment should be intelligent. The development of downstream products is also important, which helps to resist risk.
