摘    要:介绍了太阳热反射涂料的机理和热反射颜料的选取,研制出一种以丙烯酸聚氨酯为基体的具有一定热反射功能的甲板涂料,深灰色涂层在780~2500nm波段的太阳热反射率达到35%。对比了分光光度计法和美军标MILE46136A和46117A中规定的检测方法,指出了二者的不同之处。

Abstract:The mechanism and pigments selection of solar heat reflective coatings were introduced. An acrylic polyurethane substrate deck coating with solar heat reflection function was prepared. The solar heat reflectivity of dark gray coatings reached 35% between 780 nm and 2 500 nm wavelengths. The test methods of spectrophotometer were compared with the USA military standard MILE 46136A and E46117A, and the differences were pointed out.
