环保型超高膜厚无溶剂环氧涂层用于管道防护自动涂装技术

摘    要:针对管道防护保护选用了环保型超高膜厚无溶剂环氧涂料进行双组分无气喷涂自动涂装技术,一次成型达到700 um平均干膜厚度,有效控制了干膜厚度偏差;相比于传统溶剂型高固体含量环氧涂层单组分无气喷涂技术,涂层的整体质量得到有效改善,施工效率得到有效提高,并且实现了零溶剂排放。

Environment Friendly Ultrahigh Thickness Film Solvent-free Epoxy Coatings Used on Pipeline Protection Automatic Painting Technology

Abstract:The environment fl'iendly uhrahigh thickness fihn solvent-free epoxy coatings were selected by using lwo-component airless spraying automatic painting technology aim at pipe corrosion protection. This technology got 700 μm average dry film thicknesses by once shape up, and the dry film deviation was effectively controlled. Comparing with the traditional solvent high solid contained epoxy one-component airless spray technology, the effectively improved for the whole dry film quality was realized, as well as application efficiency and zero solvent emission.
