高性能环保汽车抛光剂的技术研究

摘    要:主要对生产高性能环保汽车抛光剂关键工艺技术进行了研究,重点阐述了该高性能环保汽车抛光剂的含羧基长链烷基硅氧烷分散体和功能性复配蜡乳液的制备及特殊添加剂的选择性研究;该产品VOC含量较低,且具有高光泽度、良好的抗污性及观感、触感性能较好。通过对制备关键技术的研究,使汽车抛光剂的施工应用性能大大提高,为高性能环保汽车抛光剂的应用推广打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:The key proeess technology of high performance and environmental protection car polish was studied. The preparation of long chain alkyl silicone dispersion with carboxyl group, the preparation of funetional compound wax emulsion, and the study on selection of special additive for this high pertbrmance and environmental proteetion car polish agent were mainly elaborated. The product with good properties such as low VOC content, high glossiness, good stain resistance, good appearance and touch impression. The application performance of car polish agent was greatly improved and builds a solid foundation for its application and popularization by studying the preparation key technology.
