低烟低毒天然橡胶用半聚脲阻燃涂料的制备与性能研究

Study on Preparation and Properties of Low Smoke and Toxicity Semi-polyure Flame Retardant Coatings Used on Natural Rubber

This article introduced the raw material, basic formula, preparation technology and application method of low smoke and toxicity semi-polyure flame retardant coatings used on natural rubber. The coatings has good adhesion and elastic similar to the substrate. The coating has grade one adhesion strength, good anti-corrosion performance, oxygen index large than 30, smoke density less than 200, smoke toxicity less than 0.035. This coating can be applied on natural rubber device, it does not reduce the performance of vibration damping and isolation, and plays a certain flame retardant effects, has a good application prospect in the rail transportation and other fields.
