复合坯生产低合金特厚钢板初探

摘    要:为了满足低合金特厚钢板多品种、多规格、小批量、大单重和高质量的市场需求,开发了复合坯生产特厚钢板的新技术.生产实践表明,与模铸扁锭相比,采用复合坯生产的低合金特厚钢板具有成材率高、成本低、内部质量和力学性能好的优点,而且坯料尺寸可根据订单需要灵活调整,更能适应多品种、多规格、小批量、大单重和高质量的市场需求.

Abstract:A new technology for production of extra heavy steel plate from composite slab is developed in order to meet the market demands on low alloy extra heavy steel plate orders of rich grade varieties, wide dimensional range, small batches, large single piece weight and higher quality. Production practice indicates that the low alloy extra heavy steel plate produced from composite slab has higher yield rate, lower cost, better internal soundness and mechanical properties than that produced from slab ingot, while the ingot dimension adapts to orders, which all satisfy the market demands on orders of rich grade varieties, wide dimensional range, small batches, large single piece weight and higher quality.
