浅谈建筑行业农民工教育培训工作

建筑业,作为国民经济的先导性和基础性产业,在我省正以强劲的发展势头,为海峡西岸经济区建设和推进我省新农村建设做出重大贡献。建筑农民工是建筑业的主要从业人员,承担着建筑施工一线繁重的建设任务。农民工的素质不仅决定建筑的质量和安全生产,也关系着建筑企业的市场竞争力和长远发展,因此,本文通过分析该行业的现状,提出了加强建筑业农民工职业技能培训的建议。

Education and Training of migrant workers in construction industry

As a leading and basic industry in the national economy,the construction industry are developing rapidly in our province and making significant contribution for the Western Shore Economic Zone building and promoting the building of new countryside.Migrant workers in the construction industry are the main practitioners who bear the construction line arduous construction tasks.Migrant workers not only determine the quality and safety of construction,will also influence the market competitiveness of construction enterprises and long-term development,therefore,this paper analyzes the status of the industry,gives some advices to enhance vocational skills training for construction workers.
