| 摘 要： | 简单介绍了本钢供印度 PSL 公司3万 t 高 Nb 无 Mo 管线钢 X70添加化学元素的作用原理及生产工艺流程,通过开发高 Nb 代替 Mo 的高级别管线钢技术,钢卷力学性能、冲击韧性、焊接性能均满足客户要求,吨钢降低成本800～1000元,取得了经济效益,同时缓解我国的 Mo 危机,实现我国稀有贵重金属的可持续发展。
