自动气象站系统防雷关键技术设计与实现

摘    要:现代精密电子测量仪器大都采用大规模集成电路构成,电路的耐压比较低,很容易受到电磁脉冲的冲击,致使测量数据出错或者仪器损坏;文中重点介绍了自动气象站系统在原理设计和设备制造时如何引入防雷关键技术,包括信号电路、通信接口采用光电隔离技术;电源系统采用双电池交叉充电、供电方法; PCB布线注意高低压线路间的距离;电气线路屏蔽以及器件选型等技术;DZZ1-2型自动气象站系统是分布式积木结构,各模块之间采用了物理隔离技术,其防雷效果良好,在广泛的应用中经受了考验;实践表明,采取物理隔离方法进行自动气象站的设计是防御雷击的最有效办法.

Abstract:Modem precision electronic measurement instruments used mostly LSI structure, the circuit pressure is relatively low, are susceptible to the impact of electromagnetic pulse, the resulting measurement data error or equipment damage. This paper focuses on the automatic weather station system in principle design and equipment manufacturers to introduce mine how the key technologies, including the signal circuits, communication interface using photoelectric isolation technology; Power system uses two cross--rechargeable batteries, power supply; PCB high and low voltage lines to the distance; Also on how shielding of the circuit and device selection techniques. DZZ1-2 automatic weather station system is distributed modular structure, the module uses the physical isolation technology, mine to good effect in a wide range of applications has withstood the test. Practice shows that the physical isolation methods adopted for the design of automatic weather stations Lightning defense is the most effective way.
