摘    要:针对电力系统电话调度网络阻塞问题以及新一代电力系统的建设需求,研究了基于VoIP技术的多网融合电网调度指挥系统。该系统采用基于SIP协议的VoIP技术,在C/S模式的基础上构建了用户代理模型和网络服务器模型。同时,利用FreeSwitch作为混合组网的通信服务器,完成了网络交换机、PBX网关以及用户界面多媒体服务器三体合一。在此基础上,用中继语音板卡实现了电话网络和IP网络之间的信息交互,并采用WebRTC的HT-ML5.0技术构建了电网调度指挥系统的网页客户端。本研究内容对于缓解调度电话通信压力,有效提高调度电话指挥通信的效率具有重要意义。

Research on multi-network integrated power network dispatching and command system based on VoIP technology

Abstract:Aiming at the congestion problem of telephone dispatching network in power system and the construction requirement of new generation power system,the multi-network integrated dispatching and command system based on VoIP technology are studied.VoIP technology is adopted based on S IP protocol,and user agent model and network server model are built on the basis of C/S model.At the same time,FreeSwitch is used as the communication server of the hybrid network.The network switch,PBX gateway and multimedia server of user interface are integrated.On this basis,the information interaction between telephone network and IP network is realized by relay voice card.The web client of power grid dispatching and command system is constructed by HTML5.0 technology of WebRTC.The research content of this paper is of great significance to alleviate the pressure of dispatching telephone communication and effectively improve the efficiency of dispatching telephone command communication.
