摘    要:为了提高车辆继电器使用的安全性和可靠性,基于功能安全ISO26262开发流程和E-GAS三层软件架构,设计了一个安全的继电器关断路径方案。在传统继电器控制的基础之上,增加了继电器的反馈信号,冗余关断电路和监控单元;并在此条件下搭建实验环境进行测试。测试结果显示,该方案提高了继电器关断路径诊断的覆盖度,能够诊断出继电器的潜在故障,验证了方案的可行性。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety and reliability of vehicle relay,a novel safety scheme of relay shutoff path test is designed based on the development procedure of functional safety ISO26262 and three-tier software architecture of E-GAS.In the scheme,a signal feedback loop,a redundant shutoff path circuit and a monitor unit were added on the traditional relay control design.Furthermore,the experimental environment was built up under this condition for testing.The test results show that the scheme improved the diagnose coverage of relay,and more potential faults of relay could be found,which demonstrates the feasibility of the scheme.
