摘    要:以苯(硫)酚、氯乙酸、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺和1-H-1,2,4-三氮唑为主要原料,通过O-烷基化、酯化、溴化、N-烷基化及水解反应合成了五种新型三唑类化合物。其结构经IR、1HNMR、EA和MS确证。初步生物活性测试表明,此类化合物有一定的杀菌活性。

Abstract:Five novel triazole compounds were synthesized through O-alkylation, esterification, bromination, N-alkylation and hydrolization reaction using phenol or benzenthiol 2-chloroacetic acid N-bromosuccinimide and 1H-1,2,4-triazole. Their structures were confirmed by IR,()~1H NMR, EA and MS. Preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compounds exhibits some fungicidal activities.
