重油加氢装置循环氢的提浓方案分析

摘    要:以一套有代表性的重油加氢生产数据作统一基准,从技术和经济方面分析了排废氢、膜分离、变压吸附(PSA)及油洗四种循环氢提浓的方案,认为在重油加氢生产中应优先选用膜分离方案,排废氢方案在废氢能得到综合利用的条件下可考虑采用,变压吸附方案(能耗高、投资高)和油洗方案(能耗高)应慎重选用。

Abstract:Using the data of a typical RFCCU,four purification options for recycle hydrogen,i.e,waste hydrogen discharge,membrane separation,pressure swing adsorption(PSA) and oil washing were analyzed techno economically.It was considered that for residue hydrotreating,the membrane separation is preferable.The option of waste hydrogen discharge can be also selected if the waste hydrogen can be utilized comprehensively.It should be cautious to select the PSA and oil washing options.
