集成毛细管电泳芯片荧光检测的研究

摘    要:集成毛细管电泳芯片由于其显著的优点而倍受人们的关注。介绍了这种芯片的特点和应用及检测方法 ,从光源、主物镜和共焦针孔等几个方面详细讨论了检测光路的特点 ,并给出了实验结果。

Abstract:Integrated capillary electrophoresis chip has attracted more and more attention now.In this paper,the characteristic,the application and the detection of the chip are all presented.The optimizations of the optical path of detection,including the optical source,the main objective and the confocal pinhole,are also referred in detail.At last,the experimental sesults are given.
