摘    要:磁盘、磁头飞行特性测试仪是检测磁盘盘面特性、磁头飞行特性及其飞行间隙的专用设备,而空气静压精密轴系是该设备的关键部件。本文着重对空气静压精密轴系的结构设计及其静态性能、动态性能测试作了较详细的论述,通过理论与实验对比,验证设计的合理性和计算的正确性。尤其是在实验的基础上建立了轴系角刚度理论数学模型和实验数学模型,为研究轴系角刚度提供了理论与实验依据。

Abstract:The instrument for testing flying characters of the magnetic discs and heads is a specialized equipment used to test the surface characters of the magnetic discs and flying characters and gaps of the heads. The fine axial system with air static pressure is the main component in it. This paper described structural design and static and dynamic characteristic expriments in detail, which proved the reasonableness of the design and the validity of the calculation by theoretical and experimental comparison. Especially the theoretical and expermental models for angle stiffness of the system was established, which provided the fundament for Lhe angle stiffness investigation.
